That it is alright to give yourself permission to read and watch movies in the middle of the day.
There are many ways to accomplish one task. To invent new ways. To be determined to learn. To give myself more time to do a simple task. To be mindful while doing. To surrender curling my hair.
How much my husband and mother are here for me no matter what.
To let others do for me by accepting their help, assistance and kindness.
